Nita provides the day-to-day business office leadership and is the point of contact for the organization’s members. She also owns and operates Nita Dusek Photography.
Jill Gores / President
Jill Gorres, REBC, RHU, of JA Counter & Associates, brings expertise in areas of benefits consulting, regulatory compliance, benefits administration and insurance product design to clients in Western Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota. She works with businesses to find solutions with valued plan designs and budget considerations.
Brian Elwood / Vice President
Brian Elwood is manager of Community Relations and Economic Development for Xcel Energy in Polk, Pierce and St. Croix counties. He has held various positions in Corporate Communications, Marketing, Advertising and Public Affairs working on issues such as environmental management, crisis communications, business planning, legislative outreach and political grassroots.

Royal Credit Union
Scott Jones is a business lender for Royal Credit Union in Hudson. He is active in the community and volunteers on many organizations including the Hudson Daybreak Rotary.
David Tyvoll / Sec. Treasurer
First State Bank and Trust
David is the Vice President of Commercial Lending at First State Bank and Trust. He has worked and lived in St Croix County for 15 years and currently resides in New Richmond, WI with his wife and three children.
Rob O’Keefe / Past President
Rob O’Keefe is the Director of Information Technology for OEM Fabricators. He has been active in many local organizations, including local Chambers of Commerce, Family Resource Center of St. Croix Valley, and ADORAY Home Health & Hospice.
St. Croix Advisors
Brett Anderson is President of St. Croix Advisors, LLC – a financial and planning & investment management firm in Hudson. Brett is active in several non-profit organizations including the Woodbury Economic Development Commission, St. Croix Valley Foundation, Store To Door and Woodbury Lion’s Club.
Eric Biltonen is the Community, Natural Resource and Economic Development Educator for UW-Extension in St. Croix County. Prior to joining UW Extension, he worked as an International Development Consultant, working primarily in Southeast Asia.
Hudson Hospital & Clinic
Tom joined Hudson Hospital & Clinic in October of 2017 serving as President. Prior to joining Hudson Hospital & Clinic, Tom was a member of the Mayo Clinic Health System, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer for the New Prague and Waseca, MN locations. He is a member of the Hudson Noon Rotary Club and serves on the University of Wisconsin-River Falls Chancellor’s Advisory Council.
St. Croix County Supervisor
Bob Fiedler is a retired attorney having held senior positions on the staff of the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, represented the Federal Judiciary as their Chief of Legislative, Intergovernmental and Public Affairs, and worked on international development issues for the World Bank and USAID. He also was a Citizen Soldier with a nearly thirty year career in the Army Reserve. He lives in the Hudson area with his wife Patricia; he has two sons and four grandchildren.
Dr. Michael Fronmueller
Michael Fronmueller is the Dean of the College of Business and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Over the past thirty years, he has served on boards for economic development, business advocacy and other non-profits in Wisconsin, Colorado and California.
A 43-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, now retired after 34 years with Baldwin Telecom (Baldwin Lightstream). He is active in the community and had served on the board of many organizations during his time in St. Croix County.
New Richmond Chamber
Rob Kreibich is the Executive Director of the New Richmond Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the New Richmond Economic Development Corp, the Momentum West Board of Directors, the West Central Regional Rail Coalition and at the state level, the Edvest College Savings Board. His past experience includes a journalism degree from University of MN, serving on the State Legislature for 14 years, served as chair of the Higher Education Committee, and worked as a regional marketing specialist for Marshfield Clinic.
WI Business Development
April Nelson is Vice President/ Loan Officer for WBD, Inc., a Certified Development Company. Her role is assisting financial institutions and borrowers with SBA 504 financing in Western Wisconsin and 14 counties in Minnesota. April brings over 24 years of experience in the financial industry.

Angela Popenhagen is President of Stevens Engineers, Inc. – a civil engineering firm in Hudson with a substantial portfolio of local and nationally recognized projects in public and private infrastructure, planning and ice rinks. Angela has served on several community and professional organization boards.
Family Resource Center
Agnes Ring is Executive Director of Family Resource Center St. Croix Valley. A nonprofit serving St. Croix, Polk, and Pierce counties, Family Resource Center’s mission is to strengthen children, families and communities by offering education, resources and support. Agnes is a past member of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors and also served as a Trustee on the WITC board.
Kim Rock is a Sales Engineer for Rathsburg Associates representing leading electronic component manufacturers. He resides in Hudson and has worked in management, sales and consulting roles with industrial firms. He was previously a consultant with Enterprise Minnesota, part of the US Dept. of Commerce Manufacturing Extension Partnership program, where he assisted manufacturing firms with business practice improvements.
